Is the fabric really as soft and high quality as it looks online?
Yes. Our signature terry fabric is designed to feel soft, thick, and premium from the first wear. It has that plush, cosy feel without being heavy, and it holds its shape beautifully over time.
How does the sizing run — should I size up or down?
Sizing can vary slightly depending on the piece, so we always recommend checking the product-specific sizing notes. In general, our terry pants have a more relaxed fit, so most people go true to size or size down for a more fitted look. What is the returns and exchange process like?
We keep exchanges simple and straightforward. If you need to swap a size, our team will guide you through the process quickly. Please note that sale items are final sale, so if you're unsure on sizing, we recommend reaching out before purchasing or opting for full-price items.
How fast is shipping and delivery?
We aim to dispatch orders quickly, and most customers receive their orders within a few business days. Express Post is available if you need your order sooner. Delivery times may vary slightly for WA and remote areas. Please check out the Shipping Policy to find out exact timeframes
Are the colours true to the photos on the website?
Yes, our colours are designed to match what you see online as closely as possible. Keep in mind that lighting and screen settings can cause slight variations. Our ‘Moody Black’ is intended to be a softer black and may appear as a deep charcoal tone in certain lighting.
Are the clothes versatile enough for everyday wear, or are they just beachwear?
Our pieces are designed to move with you through your day. While they’re perfect for the beach and pool, they’re just as suited to everyday wear — from running errands to casual outings and everything in between.
How do the clothes hold up after washing?
Our garments are made to last. The fabric maintains its softness, structure, and colour with proper care. For best results, we recommend washing bright colours separately for the first few washes.
Is the terry fabric too thick or warm to wear in summer?
Our terry fabric is designed to feel breathable while still offering that soft, elevated texture. Lighter pieces like shorts and dresses are great for warmer days, while full sets are better suited to cooler weather or evenings.
Do the clothes fit well on different body types and sizes?
Yes. Our designs are created to be comfortable and flattering across a range of body types. Features like soft waistbands and relaxed silhouettes are designed to feel supportive without being restrictive. We offer inclusive sizing across our collections.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
When do I get my order?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days with certain exceptions, such as for example collection launch, inventory delays, holidays and during peak sale periods.
Your order will arrive 2-5 days from dispatch date (longer for NT&WA orders and International Postage is dependent on your billing country.
Please note that estimated delivery time is an estimate and that time may vary depending on external factors outside VANDY and our courier company’s control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical errors and high volume peak periods such as Black Friday Sales, Super Saturday, Christmas and Boxing Day Sales.
All orders are shipped with a TRACKING NUMBER you can refer to for delivery updates.
Can I change my order?
Before you complete and pay for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are bound to your order only when you accept it and our Terms and Conditions at checkout.
When you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we begin to process the order in our system and at our warehouse. Once the package has left our hands, there is no possibility to change your order. If you find errors in the specified contact details, it is your duty to contact us at hello@vandy.com.au immediately.
VANDY is not responsible for an order being processed correctly where the consumer has entered incorrect information and you are not entitled to a refund due to incorrect information processed at the checkout.
Can I add products to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add products to an existing order. We recommend that you make a new order and if available we will try our best to ship the orders together. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@vandy.com.au
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact VANDY immediately if you wish to cancel your order on hello@vandy.com.au. If we are unable to assist in cancelling your order because it has already been packed or shipped, please return your order to us.
The cost of returning freight unless it's damaged is your responsibility. Only when the order in its original condition and has returned to our warehouse will we be able to make an exchange or refund.
Can I change my shipping address?
We process your order within 24 hours (usually), so it's very short of time when you can change or remove your order. If you want to change something, please contact us as soon as possible on hello@vandy.com.au
If your order is already packed and sent, It is your (the customers) responsibility to locate the parcel. Once the parcel has been located you can return it and make a new order, however please be aware you will need to cover the shipping to return the good and for a new order.
VANDY is not responsible for an order sent to an incorrectly specified address or name of a customer once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Do you ship to Mail Boxes (PO Box)?
Unfortunately, we would prefer not to deliver to a PO Box outside of Australia.
I have not received my order. What do I do?
Contact hello@vandy.com.au and enter your order number and we will assist you. We will do everything we can to locate your order as soon as possible.
Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?
Yes, you can enter another shipping address in the same country / currency as your billing address. If you pay via Paypal please check the address specified in your account.
