Refund policy

Our VANDY returns and refund policy is strictly a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and have the item/s back to our HQ. No exceptions as we are a small business and do small batch production. When you return your VANDY item, it’s got to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and with tags on. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns or refunds on sale items.

If your return is accepted we will send instructions on where to send your package.

All returns must be clearly labelled with your name and order number.

Please ensure you request a return before sending as we can’t accept your item without going through the proper process. It just makes things much easier on our end. 

If the return is because of faulty goods we will cover the shipping costs, but if it's a change of size or colour exchange then you (the customer) must cover the cost of shipping.

Returns costs and fees

You are responsible for the cost of postage to return the item

We must charge a $5 restocking fee to cover merchant fees and the cost to our business for managing returns. Soz.

Damages and issues with items

Take a look at your order once it’s in your hot little hands and contact us immediately (within 5 days) if your item has anything wrong with it, if there's damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the problem - pronto!

Sale items

Soz gang but, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please don't email us to ask, there are no exceptions.

Exchanges

We are unable to do online exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item your heart desires.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve received your return, if the refund has a green light or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we receive your item. You will receive email notification of this.
