Refund policy
Our VANDY returns and refund policy is strictly a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and have the item/s back to our HQ. No exceptions as we are a small business and do small batch production. When you return your VANDY item, it’s got to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and with tags on. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns or refunds on sale items.

All returns must be clearly labelled with your name and order number.
If the return is because of faulty goods we will cover the shipping costs, but if it's a change of size or colour exchange then you (the customer) must cover the $15 cost of the return.
Returns costs and fees
You will be charged $15 for a return or exchange label.
All outbound exchange items are free.

Sale items
Soz gang but, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales items are final sale.
Exchanges
We are offer online exchanges through our portal HERE where you can swap a size or colour of the item you purchased.
Refunds
Once your item has been lodged as a return and been sent back, you'll receive notification and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we receive your item. If there is a problem with your return we will let you know.
